Of the two presumptive candidates, one voted for BCRA
and the other signed it. I have a strong impression that
SCOTUS upheld it precisely because many Pubbies were
saying that it was safe to vote for because was so
obviously unconstitutional. To which SCOTUS replied:
"think again, dudes, and don't ever do that again".
The DNC strategy on BCRA is probably to ignore it, on
the assumption no timely injunctions will happen during
the campaign, and that President Kerry can pardon any
violators after the fact.
This stupid law merits massive civil disobedience.
