who would enforce this, and how? you know the media is going to be able to find some judge who will rule that this movie is not covered by these rules.

These election "reforms" are so moronic and patently contrary to the spirit of the first amendment and the American Republic, it would be surprising if anyone here found solace in seeing the law applied to that big fat idiot. Actually the more the balanced voters see of that guy, the less they'd be inclined to vote as he recommends. And if that isn't the conclusion, the Republic will already always have been lost anyway. Freedom and tolerance to the end though.

As far as I'm concerned, these "rules" are null and void since the violate the 1st amendment.

The GOP convention supposedly counts like a primary so he could be in violation for running Ads in August.

Cable companies are prohibited from broadcasting F911 (either programmed broadcasting or "on demand" pay-per-view) within that period before the general election?

Here is an interesting turn of events. While it could not be "advertised" on commercial tv (for say DVD or theatrical runs), cable networks (like HBO/Cinemax, etc) could air commericals for an upcoming broadcast (no one "bought" airtime). Also BIG MEDIA is free to do what it wants (which is the liberal bias thing) with no obstruction from Campaign Finance Reform. It is only when someone tries to buy airtime to air COUNTER viewpoints to what BIG MEDIA is airing that there is no "free speech".

We can ban the ads but not the airing of this campaign ad.

Michael Moore's film is lined up to receive money from Hezbollah. String him up for associating with terrorists.

His film received Canadian money (distributor). If this is a "campaign ad" then he received foreign money in addition to domestic money. CFR only served to censor Republicans and the outcast Democrat known as Lyndon LaRouche.

I just checked Michael Moore's website, he is still committing this election violation that I reported earlier:

Michael Moore advocates buying votes with beer and food(from his "Do Something" suggestions)

Take them out to vote and out to lunch (you pick up the tab!).

Offer a six-pack to anyone in the office who votes (make sure you're not working in cubicles full of Republicans!).
