Well according to the article in this thread, Clinton for post-9/11 Iraq action it looks like he is trying to undermine the john/john ticket.

"My instinct tells me that the current situation does not guarantee Bush's re-election,"

If that's all the optimism Clinton can muster for the Democrats, Kerry is truly screwed.

You're absolutely right, Kabar. Clinton simply says that Bush is not a lock for reelection. But no one ever is. If you ask me, it sounds as if Clinton probably still favors Bush's chances.

Clinton lies a lot. I'm gonna take this as a 'Bush is gonna kill him' prediction.

Clinton is just covering his ass after telling the BBC that the War in Iraq was justified.

I think you've hit on something here! Look for the Dim-ocrats to focus on getting out the dead vote this year.

Clinton had a hunch he wouldn't get caught in Monica-gate too. So much for Clinton's hunches.

When Billy says he's got a "hunch" he's probably talking about that Chinese nuclear strike on Washington that he planned in 1996.

Allowing for the source, I would not discount Clinton's opinion... you do not reach the levels he did without being a very sharp political operator.

"My instinct tells me that the current situation does not guarantee Bush's re-election," Clinton was quoted as saying

How does John Kerry inspire such enthusiasm?
