Judging from the pictorial record, Chelsea Clinton was an adorable little girl, who became an awkward-looking teenager, who has grown up (with the help of plastic surgery and an extreme makeover) into a young woman with the beauty and sex appeal of Tori Spelling.

Are those Kerrys daughters?
They have looked better in recent interviews.
Everyone can take a bad photo....lets not be petty.

People are affecting to believe that a young lady fresh out of college is out-of-touch with us commoners for liking Mexican food, Starbucks, and sushi. Geez, if we queried a representative sample of recent young lady college graduates, how many would express the same favorites? 25% maybe?
This is truly ridiculous. I don't know about other parts of the country, but everybody and their dog eats Mexican food in Texas. Starbucks are on every corner, just like everywhere else. I don't know about sushi, but this is all pretty normal stuff. Here's the full exchange on that blog:
Washington, D.C.: How come the press doesn't focus on how out of touch the Bush daughters are from mainstream America? How many people do you know whose first interview is at the age of 22? "They love Mexican food, Starbucks soy lattes and sushi." Aren't these the same values conservative groups were saying made Dean unfit to lead the country. Unfortunately, you guys seem to busy kowtowing to the Bush administration to be critical of these bimbos and their parents.
Dan Froomkin: That's an interesting point of view. I don't think anyone would expect young women who have grown up amid such privilege to be anything other than creatures of their environment. It's not their fault. I don't blame them for enjoying the things they are able to enjoy. You think they should join the Army or something?
Pathetic. Who knew going to Taco Bell was a Dean value.

First of all, this is Drudge...I take whatever he puts out with a minute grain of salt.
Second, Rush called Chelsea a dig. In paraphrase, he said the WH had a new dog, then showed a picture of a dog. (This was on his short lived TV show).
Oh how short some of memories are.

Here's my take. If family members step up to the podium and open their mouth, they are fair game. I think it is rude to pick on family members that haven't put themselves in the spotlight.

Who knew going to Taco Bell was a Dean value.Who knew it was a value at all? I guess I thought it was an activity, or a meal, or a destination.... but a value? Nope, I didn't know.
