Anti-Semitism casts dark shadow on Dutch soccer (Kill all Jews in stadium say Dutch soccer fans)

Feyenoord fans call on supporters to come to game with Ajax Amsterdam, known as the ‘Jewish team’, equipped with bomb in order to kill all Jews in stadium.

As Dutch soccer teams begin preparing for the upcoming season, the heated battle between the top two teams in the country has escalated into the publishing of anti-Semitic threats.

Fans of the Feyenoord Rotterdam club have published anti-Semitic slurs against Ajax Amsterdam’s Jewish player Rafael Van-Der Vaart on Feyenoord’s website. The slurs were also directed at Amsterdam’s Jewish community, which is known as a staunch supporter of the team, known as the ‘Jewish team’.

The Feyenoord fans called on its supporters to come to the next game with Ajax equipped with a bomb in order to kill all Jews in the stadium.

Feyenoord fans have been no strangers to anti-Semitism as far back as the 1970s. Numerous extremist incidents were recorded at the time the brothers Ronald and Frank de Boer played for Ajax, with "gas, gas, gas" calls directed at Ronald's Jewish wife.

Several years ago, Feyenoord fans appeared on Dutch television as they were rioting and singing "Hamas, Hamas, all Jews to the gas chambers". Their behavior sank to such lows that the Dutch parliament asked that the team be punished by playing games without any fans in the stands. Two years ago, when their team played against the Turkish Fenerbahce, the fans composed new hate-songs dedicated to Israeli soccer star Haim Revivo, who played for the Turkish team.

Ronny Naftaniel, Director of the Center for Information and Documentation on Israel, read about the disturbing reports on Feyenoord's web site this week and was quick to file a complaint with the Dutch police. "I didn’t hesitate for a moment", said Naftaniel, "I promptly filed a complaint and hope that the matter be addressed soon".

Ironically, Feyenoord's fanatical fans were so quick to insult Van der Vaart they failed to realize his mother is not Jewish, but in fact Spanish.

Nothing much ever changes in Holland. Apart from not pointing out that the vast bulk of property stolen from Dutch Jews by both the state and individual Dutch citizens has still not been returned by Holland, the following article makes this point very well:

Jerusalem Post

Film makes case against Holland

Jenny Hazan Apr. 15, 2004

When most of us think about which countries were most acquiescent with the Nazis' Final Solution, Holland doesn't usually come to mind.

In Goodbye Holland a two-part documentary on the destruction of Dutch Jewry, Amsterdam/Jerusalem-based filmmaker Willy Lindwer tries to change that.

"The Dutch have always been given credit for playing a heroic role during the Nazi occupation of Holland," says Lindwer, who was born in Amsterdam in 1946 to Polish/Ukrainian Jewish parents who had fled from their home countries because of anti-Semitism in the 1930s.

"I believe Anne Frank is pivotal to this notion," says Lindwer. "She is the single most powerful icon of the Holocaust, whose family was hidden by Dutch citizens despite the great risk they faced."

"But," he says, "what most people don't realize is that Anne Frank was betrayed by a Dutch citizen, arrested by Dutch police, imprisoned in a Nazi camp guarded by Dutch military police and deported to Auschwitz on a train operated by a Dutch crew."

According to Lindwer, Frank traveled the same route as 107,000 Dutch Jews - about 80% of the Jewish population in Holland - who were systematically rounded up, imprisoned and deported with the active participation of Dutch citizens, administrators and politicians. About 104,000 Dutch Jews ended up dying in Nazi concentration camps. Of thousands of Dutch civil servants, only 17 refused to sign the German Loyalty Act, and of the scores of Dutch newspapers, only three ceased to publish rather than accept German supervision.

Says Lindwer: "In short, the Dutch Holocaust was carried out almost entirely by Dutch citizens. In actuality, Holland holds the worst record among Western European countries in regards to the fate of its Jewish population."

Lindwer decided he had to prove this. He traveled to Groningen, a provincial city in the northern part of Holland where all but 150 of the city's 3,000 Jews were killed, and to Varsseveld, a countryside village on the eastern border where Lindwer's own aunt and uncle were turned in to the Nazi authorities by a local family.

During his travels, Lindwer interviewed two former Dutch policemen and one train conductor who were involved in the massacre of Dutch Jewry; one Dutch survivor, who now lives in Israel; and the current mayor of Groningen, Jacques Wallage, who helped Lindwer finally uncover the government's records of its participation in the destruction of the city's Jewish population.

The end result is Lindwer's 18th film about the Holocaust, Goodbye Holland which was made by and shown on Holland's Channel 1 NCRV-Dokument slot.

Lindwer recalls trying to air his first film, about the dubious role of the Dutch police during the occupation, on public television in The Netherlands in 1969.

"While I was working on the film, many police officials with a doubtful war past were still sitting in high positions," he explains. "They refused to show it because the subject was too delicate and too controversial."

According to Lindwer, not much has changed since then.

"Thirty-five years later, I have once again encountered enormous opposition."

In addition to its television screening in The Netherlands, Goodbye Holland will be shown on Channel 2 on Holocaust Remembrance Day; the first part on April 18 at 10 p.m. and the second on April 19 at 7 p.m.

"We have never shown anything on television about the Jews of Holland during the Holocaust," says Yossi Mulla, Executive Producer at Channel 2, which also screened the film. "Here in Israel, most of us don't think beyond the story of Anne Frank, but Lindwer's investigation tells a whole different story."

"Fans of the Feyenoord Rotterdam club have published anti-Semitic slurs"

Is Rotterdam one of the Dutch cities that have become a Muslim enclave?

This on the same day that some Euro-weenies are tut-tutting about "social injustice" in the US.

Assassinated Dutch PM candidate stated during his campaign: "Now 56% of the Rotterdam population is of foreign origin," he protested. "That is too many."

I guess I answered my quesiton. Got to love those Muslim succer fans. Remember when the Algerians living in France booed the French national anthem and stormed the field when Algeria was going to lose to France.

You make a good point, and I hope you are right that the muslims are the source of anti-semitism in Europe, but can they be the only or even major source?

They weren't around during Hitler's time.

"Is Rotterdam one of the Dutch cities that have become a Muslim enclave?"

Much of this open anti-Semitism comes from non-Muslim Dutch. The nation has a very long history of anti-Semitism - see the article directly below the original post.

Aside from the old anti-Semitism, the new anti-Semitism is rampant in Holland with over 75% of the Dutch population believing, for example, that Israel is the greatest threat to world peace. Just like the old sort of anti-Semitism that deligitimised Jews before murdering them, the new anti-Semitism in Europe is doing the same with the collective Jew represented by Israel.

Good point. Although I thought about the Muslims since they have become entrenched in many Dutch cities and the article mentioed the "Hamas,Hamas" chanting.

Why do you think the Muslims flock to EU? they know they will find their antisemitism welcomed.

I've wondered if all the Evil Dum propaganda that the right is anti-semitic in the U.S., may be the reason we are being infiltrated. They know that if Kerry wins they will have a free hand to kill as many of us as they can.

....video footage will be shown on the popular European TV show, "Europe's Funniest Jew Killings!".

These people are pathetic. I can see why my ancestors wanted to get as far away as possible from these cretins.

It shows that the author of perfidy (Ben Hecht) was correct when he said that, "I don't believe the Germans are sorry, they're only resting".

Looks like this applies to the Dutch as well.

They feel "safe" now to attack Jews again, now that people seem to have forgotten the evil that they have performed in the past. Most of the Dutch Jews who survived the Dutch Jew haters of WWII are now dead and can no longer give testimony as to the truth about the blackness in their souls.

It is only worthy to note that most of the Jews there are now gone, and the only way to vent their vast reservoir of hate is to scream at the occasional Jewish soccer player that they can identify.

They deserve the socialist givernment they have. They deserve the Euro, they deserve their new population of Muslims, and they deserve the devaluation of their culture. The only thing left for their hate is to eat their own.

Rotterdam = overrun by moo slimes

The real perfidy is the article's author failing to mention this crucial fact.

I don't think the Germans are up for another round of ovens, but neither do I think they will seriously protest the anti-semitic pogroms of Islamists.

They weren't around during Hitler's time.

They were certainly around during Hitler's time, and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem - Haj Amin al-Husseini - played a central role in Hitler's "final solution". He was present at the Vannsee conference where the details or the extermination plan were hammered out. And he supplied Hitler with a muslim force.

You may have heard of his nephew: Yasser Arafat.

You may be right about the open anti-Semitism coming from non-Muslim Dutch, but we have seen one too many stories from Europe (especially France) that goes out of its way not to mention that perpetrators are, in fact, Muslims. And considering Rotterdam is such a Muslim city, it would not surprise me if this were caused by Muslims.

There's a blog talking about this:

"It is however next to impossible to bring to justice a few thousand supporters in a stadium filled with fifty thousand people over a song about gas and Hamas."

This thing has been going on for a long time, before the Muslim influx, but seems to have gotten worse.

Your history is accurate, but I didn't mean they weren't around at all. I meant they weren't around in Europe like they are today.

Anti-semitism has been around IN EUROPE, for hundreds of years before the muslim infestation of Europe.

My point is, there is another side to the anti-Semitism (in addition to its muslim roots). Are the origins of it truly Biblical? How so, since Christ was a Jew?

I don't know if it's appropriate to post these links on FR, but Dutch skinhead sites keep active lists of Joooo politicians, members of media, university educators, business owners and their businesses etc. Along with family members names and bio info. Updated regularly, and is quiet extensive. Along with contact info, addresses, and some photos of the most prominent politicians. Displayed against Holocaust pictures, and calls for the death of all Joos. Open forums for the world to see.
