After the last election, every voter roll in this country should have been dumped and reregistation conducted with each and every voter showing proof of citizenship and residency, with 100% verification. That act alone would have broken the back of the RAT Party.

Best idea I've seen. Not only will the felons be purged but the dead, nonexistent and multiple voters. I think the RATS made this proposal to draw attention away from their SOP.
It's overhaul time.
