In the particular case, I am truly sorry that the victim apparently did not think of self-defense as an option.I'd wager that she had a restraining order against him if she'd already filed for divorce. A mutual restraining order is customary in divorce proceedings. Women are so naive to think that a piece of paper will protect them from someone hell bent on revenge. What a sad story.
