Actually, yes. The decision to put Limbaugh on AFRTS in the first place came at the overwhelming request of the troops.
This sort of nonsense from Farrell is why we want government kept out of as much as possible. It leads to all sorts of, "Why is the public paying for ... X?" type arguments.
