FBI urges vigilance for July 4

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A constant stream of intelligence indicating that al Qaeda wants to strike the United States this summer or fall has led federal officials to urge increased vigilance during the Independence Day weekend, but there is no specific threat of an attack timed to the holiday.

It is a good book thus far. I am only 3 chapters in, so I don't have a full grasp for it yet. It's the fourth book I've gotten to this week. I love summer! I spent some saved up money and purchased 15 books this week; I want to get them done before the summer is out.

What are the other 22yr olds doing? Well, that’s a good question. Most students in my school are doing basically nothing (other than getting wasted every night). They are oblivious to the world. Heck, some of my best friends think that Fahrenheit 9/11 was a good movie and that Michael Moore is a genius! Of course, I go to the University of Connecticut... it's probably hard to find a more liberal place.

I should be on to grad school in the fall, but I changed from being an Engineering major to a Middle Eastern Studies major shortly after 9/11. I'm going to finish up next spring, take an intensive 9-week immersion Arabic course at Middlebury College, then see where to go from there. I'm either going the grad school route, or straight into the government, I'm not sure which the best route is yet.

I love our country; I do not want to see the things happen to it that the Jihadis would love to accomplish. I do not think I would do to well in the military so I have found an area that I can hopefully do my part in as an American. I only wish other people my age understood what we are in for.

Again, one day at a time... I do have high hopes though.

And it seems like our leaders are overly ignorant of such real aspects of this mess.

I hope all Freepers are using their associations with any politicos to raise their consciousnesses re Islam by several orders of magnitude.

My understanding is that the UFO type 'platforms' have been so integrated at the thought-control level long ago.

And, of course, computer control of carrier landings was perfected long ago--the pilots hate it because it's so rough when the computer matches the ship's rolling so well.

There are many "Black Flags", (one kills roaches, which is what we need to be doing to jihadis, "the jihadis go in, but they don't come out"....sorry) like the one in NASCAR which means a car has to leave the race (??? WestCoastGal, help me out?) .

But I think this one is definitely a "go" flag, or death flag, the opposite of the white surrender flag.

Why did he strike on 9/11 as opposed to 9/10 or 9/12?

He struck on 9/11 because he owed allah a victory on that date, to atone for the loss in 1683.

What we are witnessing is an excellent strategy, employed within their religious constraints.

For round one he sucker punched us, and he now has employed a knife fighting technique called "sheathing". He drew our "knife" hand into himself, suffering minor wounds while rendering our hand temporarily useless.

It has rewarded him fully, both militarily and by broadening his power base. This sets him up for round two. Round two may start tomorrow, or later today here in EST.

The time is very near.

Raptors? First, what is YF22? AND, Falcons and Eagles are Raptors.

We have seen messages with Eagle (Belly of the Eagle) and various messages on Falcons.

Is YF22 a Raptor? Would this be a cross reference? And StillProud, is there a difference in the Arabic term for Raptor vs. Falcon/Eagle? Cause the Arabic term is the same for Falcon and Eagle as you have explained.
