PHOENIX -- Sen. John Kerry yesterday promised an amnesty for most illegal immigrants who have been in the United States for at least five years.

"It is time to fulfill the promise of America, so that those who work hard and take responsibility and build a better life for them and their families, and live by the rules, and pay their taxes and raise their families have a right to share in America and its citizenship in the fullest," the Democratic candidate for president said.

Again, lower the legal immigration quota across the board by the estimated number of illegals each year to maintain a bottom line total and let the other affected countries complain to Mexico.

He forgot the all important "and abide by our laws"!

Rules are for law abiding people.

What the hell have our politicians been smoking? Just deport them already. There's nothing complicated about it. We need to tighten up our border and ship them out whenever we find them.

On whatever President Bush is bad on, John Ffing sKerry is MUCH worse. Whatever our issues with him, at least Pres. Bush is not sKerry.
