Possible scenario: A mother of a teenage boy molested by notorious homosexual priest Fr. Paul Shanley might rush up to him in a courtroom, punch him in the face, and say, "You are a no-good homosexual." This is potentially a hate crime.

It took a while to find the text of the amendment, but this scenario would seem to be correct.

However, my question would be, in what way does this mother's behavior constitute a "Christian belief or practice" (which is what you are claiming is threatened by this bill)?
