I confess to not paying attention; though I do remember him being outed as some sort of a pervert.

I've never remembered why he turned on the Clintons with such a fury. But, he was not "outed as some sort of a pervert". He had an extramarital affair with a high class prostitute.

But, here's the bottom line: AS LONG AS CLINTON IS IN THE SPOTLIGHT AND SUCKING UP AIR FROM KERRY IT'S GOOD FOR OUR TEAM. THE MORE AMERICA REMEMBERS BILL CLINTON, THE BETTER THE PREZ LOOKS. I hope he peddles his book until election day.

Morris got sloppy during the '96 convention and had to go. Bush would have done the same thing Clinton did. Since Morris felt Clinton should have shown him the same loyalty he had always shown him, he was resentful. And since he was now a free agent again, he could let loose with all the pent-up rage he had from years and years of abuse, especially from Hillary, famous for screaming "f***ing Jew b**tard" at guys like Morris. IOW, he now had nothing to lose by speaking his mind.
