Of course, Reuters/AP will not release the cameraman's name, citing the need for anonymity in 'news' coverage.
The person who took the film is not a Western journalist, it is one of the attackers themselves. They made the video, and delivered it to AP in Baghdad. AP then released it.
The motive in sending the video, is that they want this known.
