WASHINGTON, April 19 -- President Reagan today renewed his invitation to Leonid I. Brezhnev to meet with him in June at the United Nations. Mr. Reagan said that such a meeting would not preclude a summit conference at a later date, as proposed Saturday by the Soviet leader.

The USA simply did not have a big enought military to do all that it it trying to do. How can we fight terrorism all over the world with just a few? It just can not be done.
