When SURTASS LFA is perfectly capable of pinpointing the subs, then you really don't need that much loiter time... in that case, speed become more important.

SURTASS still has a long way to go before it gets to the level you think it's at, hutch. It's not even a part of our tactics right now, nor even our future plans.
Look for it to quietly go away.
