I just want y'all to know...
No real Texan likes or claims that stupid wench or that band for that matter.

They are nothing but Nashville Pop.
I attended an event last year here in the Lone Star State where people brought their Ditsy Chicks CDs and a guy rented a bull dozer and ran over the cds.

((I would love to know how long she has been a member of the ACLU. I mean, when she knew about their existence. Something tells me she just got hip, and just in time to 'legitimize' her foolhardy outburst and abysmal ignorance.))

Natalie is from Lubbock. Most of her family are very good people (her Uncle is a Republican county commisioner) but Natalie has always been very Liberal. She calls Austin her hometown and we thank her for this.

MTV of course supports these leftist causes. (CMT is now part of MTV.)

Yeah, she's the one who looks like an exposed wall of rock.

It would take a full page ad to contain her photo.

Instead of a ditsy chick she should have be a b52.

The skinny, oddly-dressed women on either side of the test pattern are excellent musicians.

Shocker! Seriously, the only change Natalie has of getting anybody to pay attention to her anymore is by portraying herself as a victim of Bush. Country music fans have disowned her -- the Dixie Chicks' live album didn't even go gold, let alone platinum -- and most country radio stations won't play her band anymore. Her only hope of having anyone buy her band's records again is to hope that the Michael Moore/Al Franken crowd purchase them as a political statement.

I still change the radio station every time one of their songs is playing. Of course, I did noticed I don't have to change it that often anymore.

I kinda feel sorry for her dad. I don't know his politics, but he's an awesome guitar player and music producer. I'm embarrassed for him and wonder what to say the next time I see him.
