The U.S. military will be conducting bombing exercises on Farallon de Mendinilla Island at the height of celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the Battles of Saipan and Tinian.
No big deal. We probably have forces there for the anniversary and they're going to take advantage of the range. We usually did when we were in that area. There aren't many live fire ranges for ships over here. It's news because it pisses off the greenies (as you can tell by the site where I got the pic).
