we have and they are called Poland, Chech Republic, Estonia, Latvia etc. Even the Russian are seeing a the value of flat tax rates and getting paid for producing value.
France will have to collapse to end 200 years of moving toward teh socialist model of government. Give them 20 years and they are finished
