"Are we rushing headlong into the next step of those 40 years of progressions by which we do something then they do something, by which we pretend that we're going to build this and it will somehow strengthen our deterrent then they do it, and low and behold, the next thing we know is, the President of the United States is addressing the nation saying, ‘My fellow Americans, I hate to tell you this, but the Soviet Union is deploying more of these, and we have to respond, and I'm asking the Congress for more money in order to respond.’ Star Wars is guaranteed to do that, and it's guaranteed to threaten the heavens -- the one line we haven't yet crossed with weaponry: the heavens." – Senator John Kerry, on SDI, the program that brought the evil empire to its knees, August 5, 1986.

Just how many NUKES would it take in the backyard of one of Kerry's multi-million dollar mansions to ruin his whole day, if he is home, if he isn't home - he won't care! Pushed ahead of all the "little people" waiting in line for HOURS to view the casket of our beloved Ronald Reagan. He didn't wait in line, no way, not him!

How much you want to be that Kerry has pro-taxing gems attacking Reagan.

We need to keep the debate on Kerry vs Reagan.

Kerry is trying to WEAKLY say he is a Reagan Democrat now. The only PR solution for Kerry is to flipflop and say now he AGREES with Reaganomics and the Reagan Revolution.

One thing that has come out this week. Tax cuts DO NOT cause deficits.

Kerry visited the Sandinistas. Kerry visited Vietnam communist junta members. Kerry is against SDI that countered the Communist's nukes. Kerry voted against U.S. major weapon systems: M1 tanks, F-15s, AIM-54 Phoenix, F-16s, Peace Keeper ICBMs et al...

No wonder TASS defended their comrade(Manchurian candidate) in the Senate.

I could understand Kerry going to pay a visit to Reagan's service. After all, it would be obvious how churlish he is if he hadn't gone. And I can understand why he couldn't wait in line--secret service would not have liked that. But what REALLY makes me mad is that he had to make a photo op of it, and with his own photographer.

"We need to keep the debate on Kerry vs Reagan."

I agree. We need to establish it in the hearts and minds of America that President George W. Bush is the heir apparent to the Reagan Legacy; not John Kerry. But, we must be careful not to appear to be exploiting the death of a great American President. If we can do it tactfully, PULL OUT ALL THE STOPS.
