"Spiegel-Online"....Amerika verabschiedet seinen "Verteidiger der Freiheit"

The accompanying article was proper, I felt, respectful, and mindful of the somber mood America is in right now.

A respectful article from "Spiegel".

Leave it to the Germans to find some obscure "God hates America" or "Reagan is in hell."
I don't believe that God loves America more than any other country. He loves ALL humans and humans make up a country. As for Reagan in hell - LOL! He's in heaven and I hope he sees just how loved he is and how he will be missed.
No photos of the long lines, or the hundreds of thousands of people lining the streets to pay their respects when the caisson came by?
The same as other jihadists.
When I saw this protestor I thought "Spiegel" was going to do a hit piece, but the article was very objective, and descriptive of touching events, such as a General taking a frail, exhausted, but stalwart and composed Nancy on his arm.
After the article, and the tone of the other photos, the photo of this 'thing' in 6 comes across as 'there's always a wack job somewhere', even for the Germans.
That's my take on it.

Interesting... thanks for posting these. They just HAD to include that damn protestor, didn't they? >:-(
The article describes the thousands of people.

"Is the frumpy bitch with the Reagan sign and God hates America sign Michael Moores illegitimate, lesbian nazi sister?"
Can we find this persons (OK...Devils messanger) name?....
That's what caught my eye at first. I thought it was going to be another hit piece.
I noticed, first of all, that some of the photos, like that of George W. Bush and Laura, were really nice. Second of all, the article, after you read it, would give you the impression that this freak show was the exception rather than the rule.
There are wack jobs around, ready to protest, even on the day they bury him.
As someone mentioned in the thread about the photos on Drudge, the more the Americans can associate this lack of decency with the democrats, the better it will be for Bush.

That, I must admit, was an ulterior motive for the post. I'm sure someone on FR knows who this is.
The other photos are great though, I thought.

Airforce One just landed here in California, live on TV :)
I bet the image of Reagans boots caused Spiegel to get a severe knicker twist
She's with godhatesfags.com.
ROFLMAO!!!
Thanks for the ping.
