You or I can spout whatever bilge that comes to mind with little fear of the consequence unless it involves the pulchritude of the biker's babe on the stool next to you. When the President of the United States speaks every possible connotation, nuance, meaning or hint is analyzed by every country/faction/interest group/etc..
