One year during the station's fundraising Radiothon, jocks were supposed to do a one-hour feature during their show. My feature was The Heliocentric Worlds of Sun Ra, Vol 1 & 2. Twenty minutes into it, the two yahoos who were running the Radiothon suggested I change my feature. I refused, proudly claiming "This is what the kids want to hear!"
