I think you have a 'thing' for ancient art. Notice the spirals in the picture above. Those are the same spirals painted on Cherchen Man's face.

It could be a spiral akin to the type of Yin-Yang spiral Gunnar Thompson discusses in Nu Sun, but I'd need a closer look at more pictures to build a case for that, so at the moment that's just a thought I toss out FWIW.
