Time is running out for Bush to break out.

I am not ready to hit the Panic Button but I might want to take it out of the drawer, dust it off and make sure it works.

I agree - people have been way off who think GWB is going to break out - they have done nothing with thier reelection campaign to make this happen -

The GWB team has been completely inept at getting positive economic news out (hell, they ran Patriot Act ads instead of focusing on the economy!! - like one voter will vote the Patriot Act over their pocket book - not gonna happen).

No 527's up and running and no response for months while the economy was talked down has turned this election into an "up for grabs" - GWB could have walked with it (or at least held a steady lead throughout), but now it will be tight, right to the end-

Sooner or later, many on here are going to have to realize this - Sooner or later the grassroots is going to have to demand "more" from the GWB reelection team - This race has turned into the same "feeling" I had in 1992, while I was Young Republican at Western Michigan University - (while the politics are different, as is the race itself) the "feel" I get from the GWB team is exactly how his Father ran in 1992 - completely inept at getting a coherent message out -
