Well, Leon and a few friends wanted to "leave the United States and travel overseas to fight in Afghanistan against the armed forces of the United States."
Where was Leon from?? He lived in a "southwest Portland home in the 65-unit Westport Square Apartments."

Defendant JEFFREY LEON BATTLE and others, including co-defendants Patrice Ford, Ahmed Bilal, Muhammad Bilal, Maher Hawash, and Habis Al Saoub met at various times in the Portland, Oregon area and agreed with each other that they would all leave the United States and travel overseas to fight in Afghanistan against the armed forces of the United States. Defendant BATTLE knew that what he and the others were planning to do was a violation of law.

Mustafa Kamel Mustafa, a true Moslem patriot, has been doing research on opening a travel center for devout Middle Eastern terrorists Moslems. He travels to Oregon, US., London, England, Iraq and Afghanistan frequently with the Religion of Peace currently paying all of his costs.
Before the recent flight to London from Long Beach, Ca., the TSA (They Stand Around) inspected his luggage finding four of his prayer rugs wondering where he had the fifth. When he explained that he was wearing it, they allowed him to board the aircraft without further investigation.
The US State Department quickly issued a warning letter to the TSA (They Stand Around) reminding them about unnecessary harrassment of Muslim travelers within the United States. Currently the US State Department is under an agreement with the United Nations and the White House that all Middle Eastern terrorists Moslems shall not have their luggage inspected or be questioned by TSA (They Stand Around) employees or senior staff while inside American airports or aircraft. This is considered a gross sign of disrespect to all Moslems (and Mexicans). Nowhere in the US Constitution does it say anything about Moslems having their luggage inspected or being questioned by TSA (They Stand Around) employees or senior staff while inside American airports or aircraft. The International Supreme Court (World Court) has issued a lengthy private decision to the US Supreme Court in reference to this matter. The US Congress is voting on closing the unnecessary US Supreme Court next week. The Bill should pass easily as the President has agreed that the US Constituion and the Bill of Rights are just for appearence and political history books.
