From all that I have heard since the beginning of this thing-I would not vote to send the man to jail.
She's looking promiscuous. That doesn't necessarily make her a liar.

true, though it would seem hard to believe that someone who had been physically violated would take up such activity within hours of the alleged attack ...
what seemed disturbing to me were the reports that she was bragging about Kobe's physical dimenions not long afterwards ... I haven't followed the story much so I don't know if this rumor has been proven or disproven ...
In the FBI, they'd call that a clue! This woman is probably lying, because I don't see how any woman who was REALLY raped could engage in sex within hours of said rape.
Too bad there isn't some jail time or serious punishment in it for her, if her cries of rape are untrue, and it looks like they are. What a piece of congenital trash!
The prosecutors ought to drop this now instead of wasting money. I don't see how they could possibly get a conviction with this evidence in view.

No, but a girl having sex only hours after being raped. That seems pretty weird. Don't you think the "rape" would have taken away any mood to have sex only a few hours later?

You couldn't pursue a rape case against a known molester with these facts.
One of the things I have to think about is whether a different man, with fewer financial resources than Kobe Bryant, could have gottten all of this information out in the open.
I am thinking that the "rape shield" laws have gone way too far in making an accusation into an almost automatic conviction--where a man of ordinary means can not mount a serious defense.
The dirty panties with the other man's DNA sealed it for me.
It doesn't make Kobe Bryant a rapist either.
It does, however, make her too stupid to walk upright.
She effectively tainted "evidence" all by herself.
This is true...yet I'm left to wonder something. Rape is a traumatic act of violence. So if she was traumatized, what gave her the presence of mind to go have consensual sex with somebody else only hours later?

I would think that the prosectors would have checked this out long ago and not gone forward with the case if there was this doubt. I also wouldn't necessarily believe what MSNBC reports. I'm sure there is alot more to this case than we are hearing about. Too early to speculate how it will play out.
And how do you know she has a nice butt????? Just curious....;-)
