When the California Supreme Court looks at the legality of same-sex marriages in San Francisco on Tuesday, it will be led by its most politically adroit chief justice in decades.

I've never considered a function of the courts to innovate with the law.
Obliterating the male/female marriages by allowing male/male or female/female marriges will destroy the United States.
The basis of a family comes from male/female marriages, not the official attachment of queers.
