We need a grassroots campaign to overcome the free media bias that will eventually allow the terroists or any dictatorship or extremists to over rule the free world e.g. America, Israel, etc.

Those who beleive in Good vs. Evil understand that the New Evil Empire is the Muslim Extremists (not to be confused with the real religious Muslims who beleive in matters of the heart e.g. Muhammed Ali) who desire to promote terroism and acts of 9/11 not only continously in Israel but also in the United States and Britain. We must not let them win. Please see link http://capwiz.com/congressorg/issues/alert/?alertid=5903036&content_dir=ua_congressorg&mailid=custom

and pass on the info to all pertinent organizations that can help (you be the judge). May God Bless America, the Nation, and all Mankind and Please say your prayers with me for all my life since I was a child I never asked God for material things but wishes for struggles and life and beleive me he has answered me all the time. Prayer is indeed more powerful if done by more people.

Do you believe the prophecy of Gods word is inevitably active today?
I prayed for years over matters like this one, and to this day would tell these same truths to believers/nonbelievers of the same information you post here today.
One thing I've learned is that;
1)God does indeed answer our prayers when we come to him with a true and pure heart, &
2)
We can not change that which God has already set into motion.

As much as I would like to see these extremists, terrorists, and all other people (including gov't, masons, bohemian grove, skull n bones, and the Illuminati)stopped,= "they who continue to darken our worlds attempt for goodness and quality of life". I know that He has a plan, and I do believe the Bible to be a literal set of Gods thoughts, words, and inspirations; with that, I must accept the fact that someday these Great Nations of Old and New will come to a WWHW!

WWHW = World Wide Holy War!

I would have to do some serious digging around in the scriptures, for it has been years since I've last read the specific text that basically says that there will come a time when all Israelites (not just Hebrew Jews), but all of Gods children will start traveling back to the Holy Lands of old. Israelites were Gods Children, that includes all who have called upon Him as the Heavenly Father and Omnipotent Creator, and Jehovah God!

The reason why they would all want to return to the Holy Lands is from prophecy of all mankind, leaders and the dictators would be searching for Coveted Ark of the Covenant of the Lord. For it would give to any nation, religion, or mankind some sort of sovereignty. However what they don't know now, because they did not follow the Ark through Gods Word, is that know one alive today, knows where it is. And the last place it came to rest at, according to scriptures, was in Solomons Temple to God.

Even then, it was protected as a Holy Place, even under the wings of the Cherubims. And Jeremiah tells us to never speak of it again, never to visit it, and to never remember it.(Also, since Christ came to this earth to show us we need only our faith in Him, we no longer need the physical holy place of a sanctuary or temple, we should have that in our hearts when we go to the Lord in Praise, Prayer and Repentance!)

Jews aren't the only Israelites, so are Muslims, Islams, and just about all Christ centered believers of the many sorts.
These are all people who fall under the title "Gods Children", for we are all members of the Family of God due to professing of our belief in His ownership of us, and by our repentance of sins, and giving ourselves to Him in faith. This is in the Bible too!

We must pray, everyday for Gods will. It sounds cheesy, but HIS will must be done, and we must never question it.
Here's a little phrase He put in my heart about 5 years ago now, when I was in spiritual disillusion:

His Will,
In His Person,
For His Reason,
For His Life!

Believe it or not, even the terrorists and extremists are under Gods will. Whether they serve God, or flesh(sin, satan, mankind), they are acting out Gods Will. Many Christians, for the most part today, are believing that Gods Will is what we pray for on a daily basis, what they neglect to understand or be told is that Gods Will isn't something we can pray for, it will happen whether or not we ask for it.
Also, when we pray for Gods will, it should be for His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, then and only then can we see His will as it unfolds before us. And then we would be able to appreciate His unmoveable powers and never to change Holy Will!

This may seem tedious, and lengthy to many here that may actually touch on this thread to mock it, or challenge it. For many who are Republicans and Conservatives, may not be extreme believers and truth seekers. But for those who do venture into this thread. Read the article, and educate yourself to that which must be known, even as Republicans!

Thank You for posting this thread, and attempting to open the eyes of many to awesome current events, and the differences that can be portrayed!

I would aver that you are still in spiritual disillusion, based upon this sentence of yours:

Uh...have you read the Koran? History books? The teachings of Mohammed? That's sorta like saying that "real" Nazis shouldn't be confused with the Third Reich. If someone swears by a creed that requires my murder, are they good people because they have refrained from doing it so far?

That's not want she's saying. Even a German can be trusted when a Nazi who is oathed to the Third Reich can't!

annajones is proud to stand along side President Bush's words. If you claim to know better than President Bush on how to win the war against terrorism, then you are free to throw your hat into the ring, or to merely strut around an internet forum spreading calumny.

I've read the Bible, and so have some of my distant uncles and aunts. We all say we believe in God, however, I would consider myself an extremist, compared to those that would follow the Bible socially.

There are always two or three levels of convicted believers in their own doctrine and faith.

The best way to win the war over terrorism, is to end the antagonistic actions are government and other leading nations have enforced unto Iraq.

Hi, you are so right. Did you get president Bush's speech. It gives new hope. Bush does not want the UN to rule Iraq. He says the Iraqi people are a proud people and desire a free country under their "own" rule (yeah for Iraq). To get the speech go to:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2004/05/20040524-10.html

God bless you. The good people of this world are all children of God. I pray for peace and for the goodness of all mankind. America, Israel, and now Iraq will be allies and unlike dictatorship/religious extremists (e.g. terroists and progroms) we do not fight unless we are called to.

You should not take the Koran to heart. Some things are not that easily translatable.

Example: The bible says that you should not have sex except for having children. Does that make many of us bad people?

Ex. The bible says you should not be using birth control. What about those suffering from endemetrois where the only way to regulate this painful problem is to take birth control.

Ex. The arguement for the "Woman's Right to Choose". This one is a lot trickier than you know.

On one extreme you have the pro-lifer that believe "everybody" should not have an abortion. How do you explain those who are 12 years old and have no one to support them? Suppose they are only 1-2 days along in pregnancy?

How do you explain all the women who get amniticesos (can't spell this one) who know they won't be able to give the care necessary for a child with Down's Syndrome.

Or what about the husband who is told by the doctor that in order to save the baby his wife will die. What should the right choice be here?

On the other extreme you have pro-choicer who does not believe in life for any reason e.g. the planet has too many people or 12 year olds have no business having children.

How do you explain the children who are fairly mature and love the child and maybe have parents or a boyfriend loyal enough to love the child?

What about all the brave children/women who love their child enough to want to give the child up for adoption? Don't they have that right too?

There just isn't any black and white here. Just a lot of gray.

I believe in all cases except one the "woman" who has the best interest of the child in mind should be given the right to choose between abortion or life.

The exception is the "woman" who does not have the best interest of the child in mind (say her parents/boyfriend/husband want to raise the child but she only wants to hurt the child just to get back at them, or the young but not well intended woman who use abortion as a form of birth control (so sad).

With young people it is my belief (and George Bush's) that we teach them abstinence. We should also teach that a woman or girl can be as valuable a person as anybody else. Marriage isn't her only option and ticket out of poverty--I should know having come from a very poor family with six children (ok I am Marianne Fong but honestly I am no different from any other child of God). I was brought up by parents of the 50's generation where values, family, and goodness were something to be proud of. 12 year olds back in those days didn't have people like err Britney Spears (they way she is now) or Christina Aguilera etc etc.

and finally there is nothing wrong for a woman to want to be a housewife--beside behind every great man is an even greater woman (his wife or mother) e.g. Jackie Onasis or Eunice Shriver. My husband has always said, and this is true, that one of the greatest tasks in life is to raise children to be good people. After all where do the greatest kindest bestest leaders of the nation come from if not for their wives, mothers, and all good people who influence these valuable young minds.
