WASHINGTON - An entry-level staff assistant to Sen. Mike DeWine, R-Ohio, was fired Friday after an Internet journal of her sexual exploits was made public this week.
The woman, who used the pseudonym "Washingtonienne," claimed in her Internet "blog," a public Web page, that she was paid for having sex with a married man she identified as the chief of staff at a federal agency.
"Most of my living expenses are thankfully subsidized by a few generous older gentlemen," the woman wrote. "I'm sure I am not the only one who makes money on the side this way: How can anybody live on $25K/year?"
The Web log has since been taken down. The woman had worked in DeWine's mail room since the end of February. DeWine's office declined to disclose her name.
"After investigating these allegations, our office has determined that there was an unacceptable use of Senate computers to post unsuitable and offensive material to an Internet Web log," the senator's office said in a statement.
This has been an interesting story all week long.

One of the morals of this story is, don't offend anyone in Washington, even in the mail room, you never know who their, umm, close friends are.
This is correct. And he's a RINO. Yesterday he endorsed a rat proposal to have the FDA regulate tobacco.
I first heard of this story, and of Wonkette, when she was on Hugh Hewitt's show Monday. Is De Wine implicated in this tramp's (Washingtonienne's) blog?

She worked on his, er, staff. He's not directly implicated (yet), but evidently several people who work for him are, as well as others. Obviously she has plenty of dirt to spill.
Must have attended the Monica Lewinsky finishing school with a major in getting ahead. The question(s) is - are all her claims real, or memorex?

So sad. She lacks any ounce of self-esteem, self-respect, or morality. Her parents failed her miserably.
What's shocking is that this moron was stupid enough to comment on her sexploits on a public forum. As for her actions - that kind of thing is sooooooo common on Capitol Hill it's usually not even worth mentioning. Vegas couldn't hold a candle to DC when it comes to erotic goings-on, be they "pay as you go" or free.
Whatever. The blog is fun to read.

He's the senior RINO senator from Ohio, not to be confused with Voinovich (the junior RINO senator) or Taft (the RINO governor). Can we convice some Asians that RINO horns are an aphrodisiac and have a few poached?
