After a complicated trip through the federal court system, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last year that the couple could not collect damages for international distribution of the videotape.
Have to wonder how many of these news sources that violated the couple's copyright have issued "do not exempt" notices to Free Republic....
