The IP address must be coming from Verio (our ISP) not from us. Our servers do not initiate traffic.

The IP address is give is 209.157.64.200. It has never happened before and I haven't made any changes to the firewall. It only does it when pages start acting goffy and won't load. I'm thinking that as the server is trying to load the page it confuses the firewall into thinking it is under attack.
