Kerry won't allow anyone to ignore his Viet Nam service...up until now that is. After this letter is made public he might want to change his stategy. He may wish he never hung his political hat on his service.

For what it's worth
The day after the Iowa caucus's a guy I work with (completly non-political) comes up and asks me when the democrats are going to nominate someone he can vote for.
The more people see of this guy the less they like him, (his politics aside) he comes across as someone who's just not a very nice person.
