And Steplock, I agree. The one that suffers in all of this is the child.
Not to get overly wordy, but both parents were at the final custody hearing. When they broke for lunch, the mother went and got the child. When the judge found out, he personally called the school, but was informed that 10 minutes previously, the mother had taken the child out of school.
That's it in a nutshell. The father went along with the mother having custody, as long as he could visit the child on a regular basis -- numerous times per week. But most of the time she found some reason for Jonathan not to visit with the father, or found some excuse to shorten the visit.
It was a bad situation that just got worse. There's a lot more to this, but I don't want to mention it here -- as a 3rd person in all of this, just making this alert posting, I don't feel it's my place to divulge a lot of personal information.
But thanks again for the prayers, daybreakcoming. Like I said I'll let them know.
