In my opinion, this Iraqi General (who is from Fallujah) knows that if he screws up and doesn't rid Fallujah of the terrorists and doesn't make it safe for the Marines to enter without being attacked, his beloved Fallujah will again come under heavy assault. His feet are being held to the fire, with Iraqi troops on the front lines instead of U.S. Marines. I think we should give this a chance. If it doesn't work, the military option is always there. The Marines aren't leaving.

Everyday is a victory for the enemy. Time is the friend of our enemy in this conflict. Everyday they get better and more modern more lethal weapons and tactics.

The Arabs are thanking Allah for providing them with a military miracle in Fallujah. - the Islamists had - No armor, No aircraft, surrounded by the dreaded Marines and .... Bush retreated.
