Don't be sorry-this is true. Now I have to learn to sew because the clothes for my 6yo (besides sweats) have that look. We are blessed because we are able to homeschool our children and don't have to deal with the popular dress battle.

I agree with you. I am appauled at the attire in our jr high school and high schools.

Jessy Wisniewski, another junior, likes to wear shorts or skirts to school and said she has been sent home for sporting clothes considered too risque. "I'm 16. I can legally drive. But people are going to tell me (what's) appropriate for school?"

This girl is very lucky she is not my daughter. Smack!
