Unfortunately, they'll be out on the streets in no time. Next time they won't stop at pigs but go after young girls or boys. The most that community can hope for is for these sickos to be run out of town to prey on some other unsuspecting community.

I don't usually favor passing more laws, but this kind of crime screams for extra legislation. Juveniles who commit these atrocities should be monitored for life.
