CHANGE OF VENUE to THE PROUD BIRD RESTAURANT

Veranda's will NOT be able to cooperate with FEC regulations, thus we have CHANGED THE VENUE to THE PROUD BIRD on Aviation Blvd., between Imperial and Century.
So we will have unlimited beverages, a non-hosted bar, a carving table, and hors d’ oeuvres.

We are also requesting/encouraging a donation of $15 payable at the door to allow us to stay under the maximum allowable FEC limit from myself to the campaign.

This is NOT a fund raising event, although candidates and the 53rd Assembly CC will provide an opportunity to contribute.

A message from the President and time with a top campaign advisor will also be on tap for the evening, as well as patio/reception music provided by Lisa Haley on strings.

Please arrive early to visit candidates and participate in an exclusive conference call with Vice President Cheney.

Greg Hill for Assembly, Dr. Phil Kurzner Insurance Commissioner, and Vice President Cheney via phone conference will all speak to the group.

Parties for the President are informal, grassroots "parties" attended by supporters of President Bush with virtually no cost to the host or those in attendance and are not official Bush-Cheney '04 events. To comply with federal law, Parties for the President hosted at a person's home must be paid for by the person hosting the event and the cost cannot exceed $1,000. The person hosting the event cannot share the cost with others or ask others to help pay.

A Party for the President hosted at a public location such as a restaurant requires that each person in attendance pay for the food or drink they consume to comply with federal law.

LOL!
It depends. :o)
Would you rather help to re-elect President BUSH...
...or would you prefer to help replace him with KERRY and/or CLINTON?

Kerry is touted by his supporters because "He's not Bush". Bush supporters suggest that "Bush is vastly superior to the alternative"

I am saddened by our current state of affairs. It would be refreshing to vote for a conservative candidate and have a realistic chance to win. I guess those times have come and gone.

My suggestion would be to move your fundraiser to downtown Los Angeles or San Yisidro, let Bush swim in his own bath water for an hour or so and see if you could extract some concessions from him on his immigration policies in time to make the California race competitive.

All politics are local.
