The US needs to withdraw its forces from the Balkans unless they are there as part of the War on Terror. There needs to be greater cooperation with Russia in this War. We need to provide all assistance necessary as regards Russia's fight in Chechnia.

Kosovo should be returned to the Serbs as it was for centuries.
