It can be no other way, unless we terrorise the muslim world into submission. I think the President gets it and it pleased me that Condi emphasised this in her 911 comitte testimony.

If what I have read is correct, then Vietnamisation worked in Vietnam, and the same should (And is being done) be done in Iraq.
