Dumb question -- was Clinton under oath when he "testified" before the commission? If so, does this mean Clinton committed perjury? Oh wait, he's done this before, so nothing new here. This slimeball wouldn't the truth if it bit him in the A**.

I think he was having an informal "chat" with the 911 commission - not under oath - just like Pres. Bush and VP Cheney will not be under oath.
