So explain again why it is that 70 percent of the people of WV have "total faith" in this elderly gentleman.

Who knows? Maybe that 70% is senile.

Perhaps the 70 percent of WV which worships Robert C. Byrd is showing gratitude for past favors or hope for future ones!
