Even if the scouts were a "religion", this guy would be out of line. Religious groups have long had access to public facilities equal to that enjoyed by non-religious organizations, such as a small congregation that meets in a school auditorium or a church that rents state or county fairgrounds for conventions. As long as the religious group pays the same fees as anyone else for the same value received, there is no subsidy relative to the other organizations, hence no "establishment of religion".

Support the scouts. Don't be pressured by your company to give to the United Way. Boycott United Way fundraisers, and tell those asking for money why you're doing it.
When you see the scouts selling popcorn outside K-Mart or the grocery store, stock up for a few months, and tell them they have your support.
Outspend the ACLU the way Reagan outspent the USSR.
