When I read Kerry's remarks about his attitude toward the Church, I can't help thinking of the old warning, "God will not be mocked." He may be able to pull the wool over the eyes of Massachusetts voters, but God reads the heart. Better and safer for the soul to be a murderer than to mock God in such a way, IMHO.
