In exchange for the agreement, district officials dropped their request for an $8,000-a-year cap on medical benefits and agreed to a new provision adding domestic partners to the list of people eligible for benefits.

I wonder id this includes shak-ups of the oposite sex also? Sure comforting to know that homosexuals are teaching our chilren.

I have a feeling that "dropping the cap on medical benefits", together with adding homosexual "partners", brothers-in-law, etc., will more than offset the paltry 4% cut in salary. What a scam.
