You forget the most important part of this equation. It is in Hillary Clinton's interest to see that Kerry is destroyed. If she thinks Bush can be beaten, she wants in.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a "Monica" show up in the catsup factory. However, this situation does not appear strong to me, in fact I think it is very weak for its legal intent.

But out there somewhere, is the truth and a solid case against Kerry. He is too dirty to have it hidden for long. Let's pray it shows up in time.

And Hillary will let Kerry do all the heavy lifting when it comes to public displays of dirty politics. Then, if she has something on Kerry (and given her history .....) and it looks like Bush will be defeated she could jump in "for the good of the party."
