Kolbe is I'm sorry to say. I served in the Battalion his Dad Commanded when Rick was just 16. I then served under his Dad again when he was a Brigadier General, so I know Ricks family upbringing and I do wish that Rick was our Congressman. The man understands and has internalized the words Duty, Honor, and Country.
