Hudson Institute prepares to leave city

The Hudson Institute, a national conservative research group based in Indianapolis for 20 years, will likely move its headquarters to Washington.

If the move is approved by the institute's board of trustees, the Hudson name will leave Indianapolis. But its approximately 20 domestic policy researchers will remain in the city, merging with another conservative research group and continue their research projects, said Jennifer A. Butsch, Hudson's spokeswoman.
