What's the point of linking back to FreeRepublic? Just leave that space blank if you don't have a link.

I've tried to post archived articles I have found on restricted databases without a link, and FR would not let me do so without a URL. I've had to use links to the newspapers the articles originally appeared in, but will not lead the reader to the original article. If there is a way to bypass this, please let me know.
