Here's a bit of advice for high school administrators everywhere: If a drug-sniffing police dog somehow misses the pot you planted in a troublemaker's locker, just let it go. He is on leave with pay for a problem with certain school procedures.

Ahhhhh, here it is: Article 27B of the school procedures reads: "Thou shalt not acquire illegal drugs and plant them on a student for purposes of entrapment, so as to give the student a criminal record and unethically have that student removed from school."

The principal will be on leave until he memorizes Article 27B, and then he can come back and all will be forgiven. Just a procedural problem. Nothing more.

"Conroy is now the subject of a criminal probe."

What is there to probe? Seems pretty clear to me.
