The Bogus Homosexual Marriages in SF is a state issue.

However, congress has the option to "override" any federal judical ruling. It's delineated in the United States Constituion: Article 3, Section 2, Cluase 2:

If it takes a 2/3rds vote, they won't do that to San Francisco, but if forced in the light of day to change the Constituion to a Man and Woman only, they'd have to IMO!
